Phone Stand

A phone stand designed in SolidWorks and printed on a Creality K2 in PLA, built to provide a stable charging position for a smartphone. Hand sketches established the initial geometry before a model was built using measured phone dimensions. FEA informed two structural refinements prior to printing: a 1.5 mm fillet on the cable routing hole and a 25 mm fillet on the primary inner curve to reduce stress concentration and distribute load across the base.
